    By accessing or using Smart Lukko's smart lock application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

    Use License

    Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Smart Lukko grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

    • Access and use the Smart Lukko application on your personal devices
    • Access and use our services in accordance with these Terms
    • Download and use updates and upgrades to the application

    User Accounts

    To use TTLock services, you must:

    • Provide accurate and complete registration information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
    • Be responsible for all activities under your account
    • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

    Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the services for any illegal purpose
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
    • Interfere with or disrupt the services
    • Reverse engineer or decompile the application
    • Share your account with others
    • Use the services to harm others or violate their rights

    Smart Lock Usage

    When using Smart Lukko with smart locks, you acknowledge that:

    • You are responsible for the physical security of your locks
    • Internet connectivity is required for remote access features
    • Battery maintenance is your responsibility
    • You should maintain alternative access methods
    • We are not liable for lock malfunctions or unauthorized access due to your security practices

    Intellectual Property

    The Smart Lukko application, services, and all related content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Smart Lukko.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

    Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMART LUKKO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF ACCESS, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

    Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

    Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
